At Dandy Lux, orders are prepared with care and dispatched on a weekly schedule.
We ship all orders every Thursday, allowing us to maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail in every package.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched every Thursday.
- Orders placed before Wednesday 11:59pm will be included in that week’s dispatch
- Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following Thursday
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, UK delivery typically takes:
3–5 working days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier services and peak periods.
Shipping Costs
- £3.00 on all orders under £50
- Free delivery on all orders over £50
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom or bespoke gift boxes may require additional preparation time.
If this applies to your order, we will keep you updated throughout the process.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.
Once an order has entered preparation, we may not be able to amend address details.
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
